Terms and Conditions - Car Club

	All rentals are charged from our office to office
	For self drive rentals, standard terms and conditions apply
	Parking, toll fee, permits, service tax etc are charged on actual as per prevailing rates
	All the payments have to be made directly by credit card and details of credit card to be provided at the time of reservations. For self drive rentals, the payment is collected in advance
	Miles will be credited to members qualifying to earn Miles through this promotion, on a monthly basis
	Members should quote their King Club Membership Number to earn Partner King Miles. Partner King Miles will be credited on various services by Car Club
	This Offer is valid from 15th September 2010 till 14th September 2012 (“Offer Period”)
	No retrospective benefit of discounts will be provided by Sixt to Members who have forgotten to quote their Membership number at the time of availing the Services, during the Offer Period
	Members failing to register their King Club Membership Number at the time of availing of any service, will be allowed to claim Partner King Miles retrospectively for upto 180 days from the date of Services availed during the Offer Period, subject to confirmation from car Club.
