Mr. S.P.Balasubramanian | Managing Director & CEO

A professional Chartered Accountant, had worked with Alitalia airlines before joining International Travel House – Master franchisee of Europcar in India, an ITC Group Company. Worked as City Manager and Regional Manager – South India with Europcar for about 7 years, was responsible for turnaround of the Company in the region and established leadership in the business. In the year 2000 joined hands with professional colleagues and founded Carzonrent (India) Private Limited which went ahead and became the Master franchisee of Hertz in India in 2001. As a Chief Operating Officer of the Company, successfully developed the Corporate business in the Company and was responsible for the constant growth of the Company. Partnered with Berggruen Holdings in 2007 to set up Berggruen Car Rentals with the brand name of “Car Club” and inducted a team of professionals at the top Management level. Worked with a committed and experienced team, started car rental operations in September, 2007 with network of 8 cities. After establishing sizeable market share in the car rental business, has set up the staff transportation business under the brand name " Select Cabs" during October, 2008. Select cabs today operates in 8 cities, transporting over 8000 employees of various ITES companies across the country.

Mr. Ajit John | Vice President Operations

Ajit an engineer has over 12 years hard core experience which includes handling projects, customer support, facilities and administration. He has worked in companies like E-City Entertainment an Essel group, Adventity BPO and Paternoster India & Jardine Lloyd Thompson India. Ajit will be heading operations as Vice President –Operations and will also be looking into the quality and vendor development of the business.

Mr. R. Rajesh | Vice President Sales

Rajesh had started his career with Henco Rent a Car who is a major car rental operator in Dubai International airport. After the stint of 4 years, Rajesh moved back to India to join with Europcar (International Travel House) as Sales Manager in Bangalore. Also worked with Hertz India and ORIX Auto in Sales department in the cities of Chennai & Bangalore, Rajesh was responsible for major sales surge in these organizations. With more than 12 years of selling experience, Rajesh heads the Car rentals Sales team apart from responsible for development of Self Drive business in India and he is involved in key decision making processes.

Mr. Mahesh Choudhury | Chief Finance Officer

Mahesh a Chartered Accountant, has overall 11 year experience in various industries. He worked with Kukreja Construction, Alumayer , Unitech , Jindal Stainless and Syntel Ltd at various levels. He has rich experience in MIS, Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Costing , Budgeting etc. Mahesh is Finance Controller in Car Club and has successfully implemented the Financial ERP of the Company. Mahesh is a key member of Management Team and will head Finance Team for all the business of the Company.

Mr. Sanjay Minhas | Head - Information Technology

Sanjay Minhas heads the Information Technology department in the Company and is responsible for the Company’s Technology Plan. Sanjay has overall 12 years experience in the related field and worked with Companies including HCL and Hertz India Sanjay has successfully implemented the first phase of technology plan of the Company which has provided a cutting edge over competition in the Industry. A constant improviser, Sanjay is working on III phase of the Company’s ambitious IT plans.

Mr. Arnold Mathias | Manager HR & Personnel

Arnold is specialist in Human Resources and has a rich experience of 10 years in worked with Zodiac and Hertz Carzonrent ( India) before joining Car Club. Arnold heads the Human resources department in Car Club and responsible for various Key activities in HR.
